ASIMCO Tianjin Organized the First AOM Operation Management Training Course - News

ASIMCO Tianjin invited ASIMCO HQ's manufacturing support team to organize the first AOM operation management training course in Tianjin to enhance the company's operation management level, promote AOM operation system more effectively and cultivate the executives with comprehensive management capability. This training course took place from November to December, 2015. With six AOM manuals as the main contents, the training course took the form of sandbox demonstration and offered a chance to grasp the operation management skills in a pleasant atmosphere.

The company's operation management training course was started on November 13, 2015. The company's General Manager Yang Yuanzong voiced his expectation about this training program by saying "all the trainees should increase their own skills through their earnest learning efforts, and apply the manual knowledge to their everyday management to enhance and improvement management." The support team conducted the modular training on "flow manufacturing". In the sandbox training process, all the trainees were passionate, courageous and innovative enough to reflect on the solutions to some practical problems. The lecturer commented on their problems one after another and helped them reconsider their working methods and concepts.
